The last afternoon curling of the season took place on Monday 14 March at Braehead. It took the form of 7 ends with positions being varied every end and teams every second end. If there had been time for 8 ends everyone would have played at least 2 ends with everyone else and played 2 ends in every position.
The results were
Maurice Paterson 6 ends
Alistair Cockburn 5 ends
Gordon McIntosh 4 ends
Andy Whyte 4 ends
Gib Steele 3 ends
Stuart Orr 3 ends
Alastair Robertson 2 ends
Alan Sloan 1 end
The photograph shows the winner and runner up with the valuable prizes put up by the Vice-President.
